Hiii I'm Dani and this is my silly website thingy I made to share some facts and info about myself :D
(This is still my first website and everything you see right now is subjective to change, expect updates from time to time :P)

About me :3
Le silly facts about me:
- As you already know, my name is Dani, i go preferably by It/She(They is also ok), I'm Portuguese, and I'm an ouppy.,.. (real btw)
- I'm a pretty mediocre artist (dead acc) and I have also recently found a passion for programming, I'm not particularly good at either of those (even if i did go to art school :<) ((art school made me lose a lot of the passion for art but i'd like to get back to drawing more actively again at some point)) but one day i do aspire to maybe be able to mix both areas and perhaps work in gamedev (alternatively, software development is also appealing to me) :3
- I'm still a pretty newbie, self-taught programmer - i know some HTML, CSS, Bash and Python, now currently learning C and C++ (I LOVE C AND C++ RAGHHHH) and i do intend on continuing to explore low level languages in the future (i'd like to try learning Rust and Zig!) you can check my codeberg here (or by clicking the button on the side :3)
- I have many special interests, these include; History & geography, conlangs (I had a brief phase i wanted to try learning Toki Pona and i do intend on coming back to it at some point c:) open source software, UNIX (mainly Linux and BSD), video games, and silly animal documentaries (especially about bugs.. bugs are so cool..)
- My favorite games/franchises are: Project Moon, TF2, Hollow Knight, Rain World, The Battle Cats, Ultrakill, Roblox, TBOI, RoR2, SCP (CB and SL) and Touhou :3c
- I also have a hyperfixation on my hubby.. I love my hubby.. my hubby.. I love my hubby I love my hubby I love my hubbyyy :33

I currently own 3 machines; My desktop on which i use Gentoo, my elitebook G3 1040 on which i use Alpine Linux and finally i also own a Thinkpad T480 where i also use Gentoo on it!! (I really like Gentoo, Gentoo is rocks :3) >:3 (i have severe autism)

Recent Changes
Website overhaul!! :D (10/04/25)
Updated some stuff, technically made another (this time mini) overhaul ( also, R.I.P old gentoo lappy, welcome back Void ) (05/09/25)
Added a chatroom button thingy,, still a bit of a W.I.P because im not 100% satisfied with it but,, alas,, now you can chat "on" my website and maybe leave some comments yippie!! (15/09/25)
Finally added a diary/rants section on the top left corner of the website, expect to see updates there somewhat regularly c: (10/11/25)
Added a button that redirects to my codeberg, open source'd the website and updated some of my machine's images that were outdated (15/11/25)
The site now checks for screen size and acts accordingly to smaller screen sizes (mobile users, rejoice!) (15/11/25) (Artur Manuel) - (Thank you Amada :D !!)
Updated the about me section a bit, was kind of outdated and cringy in some parts - also fixed some typos i found and that somehow have been there since the beginning of time without my knowledge ;w; (08/12/25)
